Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are filled within 24-48 business hours & shipped to your specified address. We preferably use USPS & UPS to ship our orders.
Strap orders can add anywhere between 3 to 5 business days to your order, depending on quantity. Please contact us for more information.
If you are having the webbing sublimated, please expect to add 2 to 10 business days as lead times are dependent upon the complexities of your choice design.
Any custom orders will have their own manufacturing time schedule which will be discussed at the time of order. Shipping costs may be adjusted accordiingly to reflect the actual cost, with an email sent to the customer to confirm. Please note that we do not make any profit on shipping & have your best interest in mind with economical pricing. Please note that during holiday seasons shipping may take longer than normal. STRAPNET.COM is not responsible for late shipments or lost shipments. We use shippers with proven service. However, we will help you track & resolve missing package issues, our objective is to satisy and retain customers. Strap orders are packaged bulk in mass. Additional packaging, rolling, banding, & labeling are available with additional handling fees applied, contact us for more information. Asking for expedited service on any ordes does not guarantee that your order will go out the same day the order is placed. ALL orders go into queue according to when they are received. Asking for overnight service does not move an order to the "head of the line". We will, of course, ship according to your instructions & work hard to provide great service. Our excellent customer service team will be happy to provide tracking numbers, up to date emails and calls.
Customers that are in the local area are welcome to pick up their order at our location at no additional charge, we will contact you when the order is ready. Orders marked for customer pick up at location will be held until the customer picks up or for up to 1 month. Non-Returnable products may be resold without refund if unclaimed after two months.
When shipping items via customer account number, speed & method of shipping must be listed. Any orders with unspecified speed will be shipped ground via the account number provided.
Ordering & Cancellation Policy
Strapnet.com LLC has the right to refuse any order, sample request, or quote from any customer for any reason. Until payment has been received, it is considered a "pending" order & will not fulfilled till payment is accepted. If payment has been received & the order has been canceled Strapnet.com LLC will refund the money within 10 business days.
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. If any or all of the order has shipped and is canceled after the order it has left the warehouse a 50% restocking fee will be issued.
Returns, Resctocking & Replacements Policy
All Returns MUST be authorized by a StrapNet.com & must be made within 7 days of receiving the products. Email email@example.com please include the order number, the address that the order was shipped too. Once an RMA number is issued, you must place a copy of the filled out RMA form in the return and ship the items back as soon as possible. Orders returned without an RMA form will be charged at least a 50% restocking fee. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the RMA form. All returns must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving your RMA email or the RMA becomes invalid and no refund will be provided. Any return not following the above guidelines is subject to a restocking fee or may be refused & shipped back at customers expense. Strapnet reserve’s the right to charge a restocking fee once a return has been received and inspected.
All return shipping is your responsibility except as noted here...
1. If we sent you the wrong product, Strapnet.com will cover the cost (our choice of carrier service) of the return shipping.
2. If we sent you merchandise that is defective in function. All of our products undergo testing, however, so if you find one that is not working appropriately, we ask that you check your merchandise immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Strapnet reserves the right to refuse any hardware that has been altered in ANY WAY. By altering the product you are voiding any of the above rights for returns or refunds. In other words it is NON-RETURNABLE. PLEASE NOTE: Strapnet.com has NO minimums. We encourage you to order 1 or 2 of an item if you are in any way uncertain of its ability to meet your needs. Please see the restocking fee & webbing sections for clarification.
All webbing is NON-RETURNABLE. (Unless you were sent the wrong webbing per your order.) Webbing over 100 feet may be exchanged only by strapnet.com's discretion. Any altered or cut webbing is considered defective by customer's use and non-refundable. Please note that color shades may vary with the same color because dye lots may change. We strive to keep a color in a continuous shade, but occasionally our mills have a dye lot change that will cause the shade to differ from our previous stock. We will do our best to keep the color continual however, we cannot promise or guarantee that we can keep the shade you chose. As a suggestion it is a wise idea to keep a sample on file and when ordering in the future we will do our best to match it. We care about our customers and are happy to work together for satisfactory results. If you buy in bulk, we may request that you sign a purchasing agreement so that we may keep a constant stock of your color shade for future purchases.
Straps are NON-RETURNABLE. Sorry, but these are absolute custom orders. If your straps were made incorrectly according to your specifications, please email info@Strapnet.com. We reserve the right to resell any returned products. Including, but not limited to: custom & or proprietary straps.

Privacy & Security Policy
No Customer Information is ever shared with any other individual or company. Any information gathered from orders/ emails/ faxes/ documents or any other communication with StrapNet.com is securely stored at the StrapNet’s facility. The Strapnet.com Website is secured by 128bit Encryption which keeps your information secure as you place your order.
Any product StrapNet.com deems abandoned by the customer after two months of storage is not refundable & is subject to resale. Funds paid for said product will be considered storage fees & are not refundable. Abandonment is constituted if the customer has either designated to pick up the product at StrapNet.com & has neglected to do such within a period of two months from notice, has not provided alternate shipping arrangements within the period of two months, and/or has not contacted StrapNet.com or made arrangements with StrapNet.com concerning the product within a period of two months.
